Impact Evaluation Research Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 8401 (6), [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 91. Enhanced Partnership with Pakistan],the term impact evaluation research means “the application of research methods and statistical analysis to measure the extent to which change in a population-based outcome can be attributed to program intervention instead of other environmental factors.”
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 7602 (7) [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 83. United States Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria], the term impact evaluation research means “the application of research methods and statistical analysis to measure the extent to which change in a population-based outcome can be attributed to program intervention instead of other environmental factors.”
