In-Home Aide Law and Legal Definition
In-home Aide means a person not residing with the child but providing care in the child's home. Aide is an assistant. An In-home Aide should be certified by a county director of job and family services [ORC Ann. 5104.0]. In-home Aide is created to provide publicly funded child care to a child in a child's own home.
