Inapplicable Law and Legal Definition
Inapplicable literally means not capable of being applied. For example ‘rules inapplicable to college students’ means that the rules are not capable of being applied to college students and such rules have no relation with the college students. Since there is a lack of relationship between the rules and college students, such rules can be called as irrelevant. Inapplicable also means unsuitable to the matter in hand.
