Independent Living Core Services Law and Legal Definition
According to 29 USCS § 705(17) [Title 29. Labor; Chapter 16. Vocational Rehabilitation and Other Rehabilitation Services; General Provisions] the term "independent living core services" means--
(A) information and referral services;
(B) independent living skills training;
(C) peer counseling (including cross-disability peer counseling); and
(D) individual and systems advocacy.
