Individual Support Order Law and Legal Definition
Individual support orders refer to court orders issued to children between ten and seventeen years of age. The order imposes positive conditions on the young person to address the underlying causes of the behavior that led to anti-social behavior order. It requires a young person to attend up to two sessions a week under the supervision of the youth offending team. Breach of an individual support order is a criminal offence.
