Individual with Regular Income (Bankruptcy) Law and Legal Definition
According to the Federal Bankruptcy Code 11 USCS § 101 [Title 11. Bankruptcy; Chapter 1. General provisions] the term individual with regular income means “individual whose income is sufficiently stable and regular to enable such individual to make payments under a plan under chapter 13 of this title [11 USCS §§ 1301 et seq.], other than a stockbroker or a commodity broker.”
