Industrial Resources Law and Legal Definition
According to 50 USCS Appx § 2152 [Title 50. War and National Defense; Title 50 Appendix War and National Defense; Defense Production Act of 1950; Title VII. General Provisions], the term industrial resources means "materials, services, processes, or manufacturing equipment (including the processes, technologies, and ancillary services for the use of such equipment) needed to establish or maintain an efficient and modern national defense industrial base."
