Industry Trade Association Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 6402 (3), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 90. Propane Education and Research] the term industry trade association means “an organization exempt from tax, under section 501(c) (3) or (6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 [26 USCS § 501(c)(3) or (6)], representing the propane industry.”
