INF Treaty Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 22 USCS § 2595c (1) [Title 22. Foreign Relations And Intercourse; Chapter 35. Arms Control And Disarmament; On-Site Inspection Activities], the term INF Treaty means “the Treaty Between the United States of America and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the Elimination of Their Intermediate-Range and Shorter-Range Missiles (signed at Washington, December 8, 1987).”
