InfoPass Law and Legal Definition
InfoPass is an appointment system that allows the general public to schedule appointments at USCIS offices. InfoPass is an information form and not an official form. It offers a convenient alternative to waiting in line for assistance. The earlier system often entailed individuals having to endure long waits outside USCIS offices early in the morning with the hopes of being able to receive a same day appointment. With InfoPass everybody is given the same fair chance of speaking to a USCIS immigration officer. InfoPass is also known as Information Form Info-Pass, Form InfoPass, or Immigration Form InfoPass. Note that Form InfoPass is an information form only, it is not an official form.
