Injurious Wildlife Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 50 CFR 10.12 [Title 50 -- Wildlife and Fisheries; Chapter I -- United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of the Interior], the term injurious wildlife means “any wildlife for which a permit is required before being imported into or shipped between the continental United States, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or any possession of the United States.”
