Institutional Grant [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1067k (6) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources and Student Assistance; Institutional Aid; Minority Science and Engineering; Improvement Program; Administrative and General Provisions], the term institutional grant means “a grant that supports the implementation of a comprehensive science improvement plan, which may include any combination of activities for improving the preparation of minority students for careers in science.”
