Instructional Programming [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 7255f (3) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 70. Strengthening and Improvement of Elementary and Secondary Schools; Promoting Informed Parental Choice and Innovative Programs; Fund for the Improvement of Education; Star Schools Program], the term instructional programming means “courses of instruction and training courses for elementary and secondary students, teachers, and others, and materials for use in such instruction and training that have been prepared in audio and visual form on tape, disc, film, or live, and presented by means of telecommunications devices.”
