Integrated Contract Law and Legal Definition
Integrated contract refers to one or more writings constituting a final expression of one or more terms of an agreement. An integrated contract is also termed as integrated agreement; integrated writing. The existence of an integrated contract is to be determined by the court while determining a question of interpretation or application of the parol evidence rule. An agreement is considered to be an integrated agreement unless it is established by other evidence that the writing did not constitute a final expression. There is no specific form required for an integrated contract.
