Intentional Killing Law and Legal Definition
The term intentional killing is defined as "killing by means of poison, or by lying in wait, or by any other kind of willful, deliberate and premeditated killing." Under Pennsylvania law, when a criminal homicide is committed by an intentional killing, it constitutes murder of the first degree. Hodge v. Klopotoski, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 99164 (W.D. Pa.
