Intercept Law and Legal Definition
The Wiretap Act defines "intercept" as the aural or other acquisition of the contents of any wire communication through the use of any electronic, mechanical, or other device. Noel v. Hall, 568 F.3d 743 (9th Cir. Or. 2009)
