InterLATA Service Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 47 USCS § 153 (21), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire or Radio Communication; General Provisions] the term InterLATA service means “telecommunications between a point located in a local access and transport area and a point located outside such area.”
