According to 15 USCS § 6901 (7), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 95. Microenterprise Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Program] the term intermediary means “a private, nonprofit entity that seeks to serve microenterprise development organizations and programs as authorized under section 175 [12 USCS § 6904].”
