Intermodal Adaptability Law and Legal Definition
According to 15 USCS § 2702 (5), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 54. Automotive Propulsion Research and Development] intermodal adaptability refers to “any characteristics of an automobile which enable it to be operated or carried, or which facilitate its operation or carriage, by or on an alternative mode or other system of transportation.”
