International Business Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1132 (7), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources And Student Assistance; International Education Programs; General Provisions] the term international business means “profit-oriented business relationships conducted across national boundaries and includes activities such as the buying and selling of goods, investments in industries, the licensing of processes, patents and trademarks, and the supply of services.”
