International Cooperation Administration Law and Legal Definition
International Cooperation Administration (ICA) was the predecessor of the United States Agency for International Development. The ICA was a foreign aid agency responsible for transferring resources from the United States to less developed countries for economic development and income distribution between July 1, 1955 and August 13, 1957.
