International Cooperative Administrative Support Services [ICASS] Law and Legal Definition
The International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) program is a program through which the U.S. Government provides and shares the cost of common administrative support at posts overseas.
The ICASS aims to provide shared administrative services for the U.S. Government agencies at posts abroad using a voluntary interagency mechanism for managing and funding those services. The program applies to the management and funding of all shared administrative services abroad and related costs at participating agencies’ headquarters.
