International Fishery Agreement Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 1802 (24), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 38. Fishery Conservation and Management; Generally] the term international fishery agreement means “any bilateral or multilateral treaty, convention, or agreement which relates to fishing and to which the United States is a party.”
