International Legal Personality Law and Legal Definition
International legal personality refers to entities endowed with rights and obligations under public international law. The term includes both human and non-human entities. Generally, international legal entities are states, international organizations, nongovernmental organizations, and to a limited extent private individuals and corporations within a state.
