International Narcotics Control Board Law and Legal Definition
The International Narcotics Control Board or the INCB is the independent and quasi-judicial monitoring body for the implementation of the United Nations international drug control conventions. The INCB was established in 1968 pursuant to the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961.
The INCB plays a crucial role in monitoring enforcement of restrictions on narcotics and psychotropics and in deciding which precursors should be regulated.
