Internuncio Law and Legal Definition
Internuncio means a minister or diplomatic person of the second order. In countries where a nuncio or permanent diplomatic personnel is absent an internuncio will be charged with the affairs of the papal court. In a roman catholic church an internuncio means a diplomatic representative of the Pope ranking below a nuncio.
