Investment club is a group of individuals who combine their money into a larger pool and invest collectively in stocks and bonds. The gains are divided proportionately. Members agree on investment goals, strategies, and choice of securities to be purchased. The National Association of Investment Corporation lay down procedures for formally organizing an investment club.
