Job Finding Club Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 19 USCS § 2319 (17) (C), [Title 19. Customs Duties; Chapter 12. Trade Act of 1974; Relief from Injury Caused by Import Competition; Adjustment Assistance for Workers; General Provisions] the term job finding club means “a job search workshop which includes a period (1 to 2 weeks) of structured, supervised activity in which participants attempt to obtain jobs.”
