Joint and Mutual Will Law and Legal Definition
Joint and mutual will is a will which is executed jointly by two persons and which contains reciprocal provisions. The devises are made in consideration of the other. A joint will is a will made jointly by two persons. Mutual wills are separate wills of two persons containing more or less reciprocal provisions. A Joint and mutual will is one which has the characteristics of a joint will as well as a mutual will.
