Joint Parenting Agreement Law and Legal Definition
Joint parenting agreement is an agreement signed by the parties that may be incorporated into a divorce judgment awarded by the Court. A Joint parenting agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of the parties regarding their parenting time.
