Judicial Assistance Law and Legal Definition
Judicial assistance means the assistance given by a court of one jurisdiction to a court of another jurisdiction by admitting and enforcing the judicial order of the former court. Such assistance is carried out on the basis of the treaty made by the governments of the two jurisdictions between them.
