Junk Dealer Law and Legal Definition
A junk dealer is one who is engaged in the business of buying and selling junk. Junk is defined to be old iron, or other metal, glass, paper, cordage, or other waste or discarded material, which may be treated or prepared so as to be used again in some form. [State v. Shapiro, 131 Md. 168 (Md. 1917)].
