Junket Enterprise Law and Legal Definition
Junket enterprise is any person other than an applicant for a gaming license or gaming licensee, who employs or otherwise engages the services of a junket representative in connection with a junket to a licensed casino.
The following is an example of a state statute (Michigan) which defines the term Junket enterprise :
According to MCLS § 432.202, Junket enterprise means “any person other than a casino licensee or applicant who employs or otherwise engages in the procurement or referral of persons who may participate in a junket to a casino licensed under this act or casino enterprise whether or not those activities occur within the state”.
