Juridical science is an academic study that focuses on research issues dealing with the law and legal institutions, such as the U.S. Supreme Court. Students with advanced degrees in juridical science study a wide range of legal activity, such as the litigation process, public policy implementation and criminal due process. A doctoral degree in juridical science usually takes two or three years to obtain.
