Juris et de jure refers to conclusive presumptions of law which cannot be rebutted by evidence. It is also known as conclusive presumption or irrebuttable presumption in English law. It is a presumption of law that cannot be rebutted by evidence and should be taken to be the case no matter any evidence to the contrary.
