Juvenile Justice Expenditures Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 3796ee-9 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 46. Justice System Improvement; Juvenile Accountability Block Grants], the term "juvenile justice expenditures" means expenditures in connection with the juvenile justice system, including expenditures in connection with such system to carry out--
(A) activities specified in section 1801(b) [42 USCS § 3796ee(b)]; and
(B) other activities associated with prosecutorial and judicial services and corrections as reported to the Bureau of the Census for the fiscal year preceding the fiscal year for which a determination is made under this part [42 USCS §§ 3796ee et seq.].
