K-4 Visa Law and Legal Definition
The K-4 Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that allows the children of K-3 spouse visa holders to enter into the U.S. and await the availability of an immigrant visa.
In order to be eligible for a K-4 Visa, the applicant :
1. Must be below the age of 21.
2. The unmarried child of a K-3 spouse visa holder.
3. Must be seeking to immigrate to the U.S.
