Narcotic Treatment Program [Food and Drugs] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 21 CFR 1300.01 (31) [Title 21 Food and Drugs; Chapter II Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Justice; Part 1300 Definitions], the term narcotic treatment program means “a program engaged in maintenance and/or detoxification treatment with narcotic drugs.”
