National Average Price Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 19 USCS § 2401 (5), [Title 19. Customs Duties; Chapter 12. Trade Act of 1974; Relief from Injury Caused by Import Competition; Adjustment Assistance for Farmers] the term national average price means “the national average price paid to an agricultural commodity producer for an agricultural commodity in a marketing year as determined by the Secretary.”
