National Energy Conservation Policy Act Law and Legal Definition
National Energy Conservation Policy Act is a statute which was enacted as part of the National Energy Act. The Act provide for the regulation of interstate commerce, to reduce the growth in demand for energy in the United States, and to conserve nonrenewable energy resources produced in the U.S. and elsewhere, without inhibiting beneficial economic growth.
