National Forest Lands Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 460hhh (1), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 1. National Parks, Military Parks, Monuments, and Seashores; Spring Mountains National Recreation Area] the term National Forest lands means “lands included in the National Forest System (as defined in section 11(a) of the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 (16 U.S.C. 1609(a))).”
