National Labor-Management Panel Law and Legal Definition
National Labor-Management Panel is a joint labor management body created to advise the Federal Mediation and Cancellation Service. The panel advises to help avoiding labor disputes. It also aids mediation and voluntary adjustment of labor disputes. The panel is also responsible for resolving bargaining disputes between federal employee unions and agencies.
