National Minority Supplier Development Council Law and Legal Definition
National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) is a nonprofit corporation which matches minority business enterprises with large corporations who want to buy the enterprises' goods and services. The NMSDC provides its member corporations with a database of minority owned and operated businesses. These connections help minority business owners gain access to mainstream corporate America. The NMSDC also offers programs and additional services to the corporations and the minority businesses such as working capital loans to businesses that have contracts with corporate members.
