National Origin Desegregation [Education] Law and Legal Definition
According to 34 CFR 270.3 [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter II -- Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Education; Part 270 -- Desegregation of Public Education], the term National origin desegregation means “the assignment of students to public schools and within those schools without regard to their national origin, including providing students of limited English proficiency with a full opportunity for participation in all educational programs.”
