Native American Pacific Islander Law and Legal Definition
According to 20 USCS § 1059g (Title 20, Education; Chapter 28, Higher Education Resources and Student Assistance Institutional Aid Strengthening Institutions), the term "Native American Pacific Islander" means “any descendant of the aboriginal people of any island in the Pacific Ocean that is a territory or possession of the United States.”
