Near-Elderly Person Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 25 USCS § 4103 (16) [Title 25. Indians; Chapter 43. Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination], the term near-elderly person means “a person who is at least 55 years of age and less than 62 years of age.”
