Nemo Judex in Parte Sua is a Latin term which means no person can judge a case in which he or she is party or in which s/he has an interest. It is a fundamental principle of natural justice in almost all countries. This may also be called ‘nemo judex in sua causa’ or ‘nemo debet esse judex in propria causa.’
