Net Assets Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1087vv (g), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources And Student Assistance; Student Assistance; Need Analysis] the term net assets means “the current market value at the time of application of the assets (as defined in subsection (f)), minus the outstanding liabilities or indebtedness against the assets.”
