Net Excess Power Law and Legal Definition
According to 42 USCS § 6341 [Title 42. The Public Health and Welfare; Chapter 77. Energy Policy and Conservation; Improving Energy Efficiency; Industrial Energy Efficiency], the term "net excess power" means, for any facility, recoverable waste energy recovered in the form of electricity in quantities exceeding the total consumption of electricity at the specific time of generation on the site at which the facility is located.
