Net Productivity Rate Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 16 USCS § 1362 (26), [Title 16. Conservation; Chapter 31. Marine Mammal Protection; Generally] the term net productivity rate means “the annual per capita rate of increase in a stock resulting from additions due to reproduction, less losses due to mortality.”
